Refund policy

For UK orders:

We really hope you love your jewellery, but if you have any concerns please get in touch to discuss it.

If need to return an item, you can do so subject to the following conditions: 

• You inform us of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
• The item is delivered back to us within 28 days of you receiving it. 
• The item is not marked, is unworn and shows no signs of soiling or smells from cigarettes, perfume, oils etc.

Please carefully package the item up in the packaging it was sent to you in, including all loose card inserts.

We are not responsible for return postage costs.
You don't need to pay for a signed-for service, but we highly recommend sending via a tracked postal method.

For overseas orders:

Sorry we do not offer returns for overseas orders.
However if there is a problem with your order please contact us.
